What were they thinking?

The Texans were not out to shock anyone with their first round draft choice but seemed to anyway. Of course everyone was expecting us to go for Vince Young but we chose Mario Williams for his talents as a pass rusher. This apparently is a very important area of expertise in the eyes of Bob McNair and the Houston Texans. I hope they are right because I am feeling a little weird about our choice not to pick a star QB. I thought we needed that a little more than a beefed up pass rush.

After reading some of your blogs i can tell you really know what your talking about. So i am extending an invatation for you to come and join footballforum.com

I am a moderator there and i think you would fit right in. We don't have a lot of Texans fans right now so it would really help us out if you could come and help our comminty grow.

We just underwent a change in ownership and the new guys are really doing a great job. Just this offseason we have added close to 600 new members. I really hope you come and join us.

Hey, Mickey G, thanks for the invite! You may have noticed, though, that I don't get to hop on line and cheer on my Houston Texans nearly as often as I'd like, so I don't think I can commit to joining your forum just now.

You've got a very impressive site going there, and I'll be keeping an eye on it. Thanks again!
